The hero started life as a Normal Human, "then something happened." As a result of a freak happenstance, the hero has been physically and genetically altered. The Fantastic Four are examples of this type. Induced Mutants can raise any 1 Primary Ability +1CS.Induced Mutants roll their Ability Ranks on Column 1 of the Random Ranks Table.
